21 Days Challenge

Sisterhood 21-Days Challenge

Forgot to weigh in on Wednesday. Today still the same as last week at 165.6 really happy about maintaining. My goal is to get down to about 155. But for this 21 day challenge I have decided not to focus on the number.


My goals for the next 21 days:


1) Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables. Learn to cook some great vegetarian meals. I recently cut meat out of my diet, and now I am having trouble finding things to cook.


2) Increase water intake.
